The ganaches, a delicious blend of couverture chocolate and cream, made using only distinctively round, rich and smooth double cream from Gruyère. With some varieties including fruit pulp or infused with spices, the ganaches are then carefully coated with a thin layer of chocolate and decorated by hand. The pralines, a delectable combination of roasted nuts and chocolate, revealing subtle notes of hazelnut and almond. Villars updates its assortment of chocolates according to the seasons, offering unique creations for special moments of indulgence.
