Villars Chocolate fondant

  • 200g Villars dark chocolate 72%

  • 125g butter

  • 125g sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 80g flour 

Melt the chocolate and butter to obtain a smooth mixture.

Add the sugar, eggs one by one while mixing well and finally add the flour.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C according to melting texture desired.
