Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. 

Separate the yoke of the egg from the white.

Beat the yolk and add the melted chocolate, then the coconut milk. 

Beat the egg white until firm. 

Alternately and delicately mix in the coconut flour with the pinch of baking powder and beaten egg white with the aid of a spatula, and pour into a silicone mould, rinsed with water, up to I cm. 

Bake for 12 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven. 

Remove from the mould immediately.
