I. Application and enforceability<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.1.<\/strong> These general terms and conditions of sale are brought to the attention of each buyer to enable the placement of any order.<\/p>\n 1.2.<\/strong> Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer\u2019s full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\n 1.3.<\/strong> No special conditions or other general conditions emanating from the buyer may, without the express agreement of Villars Ma\u00eetre Chocolatier (VMC), take precedence over these conditions.<\/p>\n 1.4.<\/strong> Any contrary condition laid down by the buyer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against VMC \u2013 no matter the time it may have been brought to its attention.<\/p>\n 1.5.<\/strong> The fact that VMC does not avail itself of any of these general conditions of sale at a given time may not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of any of the said conditions at a later date.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n II. General terms and conditions of sale<\/strong><\/p>\n All orders are considered firm once they have been accepted and confirmed by VMC.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum order value CHF 200. Free postage and packing per pallet in SWITZERLAND, minimum invoice CHF 350. For orders below CHF 350, VMC reserves the right to charge an additional delivery tax of CHF 20. All orders must\u00a0<\/span><\/span>be placed in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>full\u00a0<\/span><\/span>shipping\u00a0<\/span><\/span>boxes<\/span>;\u00a0<\/span><\/span>requests for individual\u00a0<\/span><\/span>sale\u00a0<\/span><\/span>units will\u00a0<\/span><\/span>not\u00a0<\/span><\/span>be\u00a0<\/span><\/span>accepted<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n RECEPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n PEREMPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n STORAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n Until the price of the goods has been paid in full, VMC remains the owner of the goods and reserves the right to take them back.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n III. Right of access and rectification<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.1. ETHICS<\/strong><\/p>\n To ensure the protection of privacy, Villars Ma\u00eetre Chocolatier treats all private information with the strictest confidentiality. When making a purchase, only the information essential to the conclusion of the sale will be asked. This data is stored on a secure server.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.2. YOUR RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n In accordance with the laws applicable to the processing of personal data (the Swiss Data Protection Act of 19 June 1992, RS 235.1), anybody has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete any personal data they have provided.
