200 g blond chocolate
15 cl whipping cream

Preparation
Prepare and bake a pastry base for 6 people in advance.
Boil the cream and pour over the chocolate without stirring. When the chocolate has completely melted, mix in a blender until the ganache is smooth and shiny.
Carefully pour the ganache into the tart base and chill in the fridge for around 3 hours.
Remove the tart from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
