Wash the strawberries without hulling them and then pat them dry with paper towels so that they are no longer damp.
Break the tablets into pieces and melt the different chocolates separately in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove it from the heat and let cool so that it thickens a little.
Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip them liberally in the melted chocolate to coat all sides. Then place them on baking paper to let the chocolate dry. Once the chocolate has hardened, place the strawberries on a serving platter and dress as you wish.
