Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Separate the yoke of the egg from the white.
Beat the yolk and add the melted chocolate, then the coconut milk.
Beat the egg white until firm.
Alternately and delicately incorporate the coconut flour with a pinch of baking powder and the egg whites beaten with a spatula and pour into a silicone mold rinsed with water to the height of 1cm.
Bake for 12 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven.
Remove from the mould immediately.
