200g of dark or milk chocolate coating
200g of butter
200g of sugar
5 eggs
40g of flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190º
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie
Step 3
Add the sugar and mix
Step 4
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, add the yolks one by one and mix
Step 5
Add the flour
Step 6
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them carefully into the mixture
Step 7
Pour the mixture into a cake tin that has been greased and floured
Step 8
Put in the oven and cook for 20 minutes
